The English version of the E-services is under progress and should be up soon. Meanwhile,
GAM in coordination with National Contact Center (NCC) has launched an English service for the Ticket Violation service.
You simply contact the NCC by dialing

Then press 9 and then 1 where an agent will be glad to provide you with the needed information. All you have to do is giving the agent the vehicle number to check the record.
