	Law No. 1 of 1985 and amendments thereto No.4 of 1997
Filing Procedures:
	Filing of application at the department offices
	Review of application by officials at the specialized section according to the type of sample
	Collection of due fees
	Lab and body testing is conducted
	An official letter signed by Dept. Director is issued showing the results of testing
	Applicant receives copy of letter
