2- Licensing of Building outside Municipal Zones

Required Documents / to be included with site Plans
	Up-to-date zoning site plan
	Up-to-date plat
	Title of Registration
	Letter from Property Tax (Musaqafat) Dept. indicating that no taxes are owed on the building
Fees and Stamps:
	This will depend on the zoning type and the area (in meters square) of the structure to be built .
Where to File an Application for this Service:
	Citizens’ Referral Office at the particular regional office .
Time frame for Processing:
	Two to four weeks from the date an application is filed – Automated Phone Service 4650900.
Authority:
	Towns and Villages Planning Law of 1966, Building and Zoning Code of 1979 and amendments thereto, and Higher Zoning Board’s Resolution No. 535/1987 .
Filing Procedures:
	Filing of application along with site plans at Citizens’ Referral Office (CRO)
	Site inspection conducted by authorized engineer
	Application review by Chief of Engineering branch
	Referral of application to the Zoning Dept. at the Center (Municipality headquarters) to verify planned zoning of the land
	Application review at the Buildings Division of the Buildings Dept.
	Referral of application to the District Committee for a decision
	Application is referred back to regional office
	Due fees are assessed
	Review of fee assessment by the Accounting Office
	Payment of due fees
	Issuance of duly signed license
	Applicant receives the License
