For lands, this will depend on the nature and
category of land use and the value of the land
There are
no fees however for subdividing right-of-way lands

Filing Procedures:
Application
is filed at CRO, then referred to the Acquisition Dept.
Once
reviewed at the Acquisition Dept., application is referred to the
divisions of Studies and Land Subdivision s at the Zoning Dept.
After
review at Land Subdivision, application is referred to Zoning Section
and Director of the Dept. then to the Regional office
Application
is reviewed by the local committee (except applications for platting
streets, for in this case due fees and verification charges are
collected, and a letter is forwarded to the Director of Land
Registration requesting completion of the process directly)
Local
committee renders its decision
Once
approval is granted and all due fees and verification charges are
collected, a letter is addressed to the Director of Land Registration at
Lands and Survey Dept. for completing the process
