Application is filed at Central Bureau then
referred to the appropriate division in P&I Dept.
Recommendations are made with regard to rent amount and obligations due
from applicant, and the mitigating circumstances justifying making
arrangements for paying in installments, exemption from payment or
reduction in rent. Application is referred to Dept. Director
Application
is verified then referred to the top administration (Assistant CS for
Financial Affairs / CS / Mayor) for approval
Application
is reviewed by Properties and Acquisitions Committee for a decision
Committee renders a decision and application is
referred to P&I Division for the required action. Applicant is informed
of the decision
