Citizens’ Referral Office (CRO) at the Municipality’s headquarters

Filing Procedures: 

Application is filed at CRO then referred to the clerk of P&I Dept.
An official letter requesting connection of utilities is issued and referred to the Director of the Dept.

Letter is signed and referred to the Central Bureau Dept.

Letter is assigned a numerical designation, and a copy of which is handed to applicant
