1- Payment of Dues (for Zoning, Paving and Asphalting Roadways,      Improvement Tax)

Up-to-date plat
Title of Registration
  Fees and Stamps: 
Will depend on the location, area and zoning of the land
 Where to File an Application for this Service: 
Dues Division of the Financial Affairs Dept. (FA) in Municipality headquarters, or the particular regional office
  Time frame for Processing:
One day at most

Authority:
  Streets and Roadways Code No. 7 of 1956
Acquisition Law No. 6

Filing Procedures: 

Verbal request is made to the Dues Division by applicant inquiring about dues owed by him/her
Report indicating the amount of dues owed is issued and referred to accountant
Dues are collected and a receipt showing the amount paid is given to applicant
