Application is filed at CRO and referred to Dues
Division in FA Dept.
Statement indicating amounts owed by applicant is
issued and reviewed by head of Dues Division
Application is verified and signed by Director of
FA Dept. then referred to the clerk of Acquisitions Dept.
Acquisition
file pertaining to application, along with the application, is referred
to head of Upgrading Division
Application
is reviewed and referred to the Acquisitions Committee
Committee takes appropriate decision and refers
application to Director of FA Dept.
If
Committee approves the objection raised, paperwork is referred to the
Dues Division for adjustment of fees, in accordance with the Committee’s
decision
