Citizens’ Referral Office (CRO) in Municipality headquarters

Instructions issued by GAM

Filing Procedures: 

Application is filed at CRO and referred to Coordination Division in FA Dept.
Check is conducted to verify that no money is owed by contractor then application is referred to the clerk
Official letter is issued by Director addressed the pertinent bank for taking action
Letter is given a number and then sent to the bank by mail
