Letter from the regional office of jurisdiction

Filing Procedures:
Application
is filed at CRO in the particular region and then referred to the Dues
branch
Check is conducted to verify that no money is owed
by applicant then application is referred to head of Engineering
division
Application
is reviewed then referred to Director of FA Dept.
Application
is reviewed then referred to head of Security Deposits division
Application
is reviewed and referred to the following divisions (Dues, Follow-up and
Collection, and Revenues) to ensure that no money is owed by applicant
Disbursement list indicating amounts of security deposit is issued, and
paperwork is referred to Verification and Funds divisions for
disbursement
A check in
the specific amount is issued and referred to the Deputy Mayor
Check is
signed by Deputy Mayor and referred back to Funds
