Filing Procedures: 

Application is filed at CRO in the Municipality building and then referred to Director of Legal Affairs (LA) Dept.
Application is reviewed by head of Counsel division and the specialized legal researcher

Due fees are paid at FA Dept.’s Fund
Release letter is issued and signed by Director of LA
Applicant receives letter
