Filing Procedures: 

Filing of a petition at CRO, and having it referred to R&D Dept.
Paperwork is referred to Director of R&D Dept. for his/her signature
Paperwork is verified and referred to director of Research Division
Paperwork is reviewed and referred to research staff
Petitioner receives the requested information
