Citizens’
Referral Office (CRO) in the Municipality’s main building
Time frame for Processing:
Seven
months from the date technical studies and administrative approvals are
completed

Filing Procedures:
Application
is filed at CRO of the particular region, then referred to the Zoning
and the Engineering branches
Application is referred to the Zoning Dept. at
Municipality headquarters
Application
is reviewed by Zoning, and Land Survey engineers
Details of
the request is studied and then referred to the top administration for
needed approvals
If the
request is approved, required plans are prepared and signed then
paperwork is referred to the local committee of the particular region
Once the
local committee renders a decision regarding the request, the decision
is then reviewed by the District Committee for Zoning and Building. The
District Committee, if it approves, would then announce the adjustment
to the public for a period of two months
After the
expiration of the announcement period, the local committee would decide
to address objections to the request, if any, then refer its findings
and recommendations to the District Committee for approval of the
request and implementation once the approval decision is published in
the Official Gazette
